Čeština: Vlajka města Horní Cerekve: Červený list s kosmým bílým pruhem vycházejícím z první třetiny horního okraje do třetí třetiny dolního okraje listu, překrytým šikmým žlutým pruhem vycházejícím z první třetiny dolního okraje do třetí třetiny horního okraje listu. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3.
