The image being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

• it is a low resolution still of a television series;

• it does not limit the copyright owners to sell the film in any way;

• it illustrates the episode in question and aids commentary on the plot outline;

• There is no known replaceable non-fair use image.
