Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	Any other image, if such exists, will also be in copyright, but actually it seems quite unlikely that there are any alternatives, given that this was taken within the BBC during a production, over 40 years ago.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	This is the only image of the actors in the article. The images is used only here, and at the usual poor resolution.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	Plenty of time has elapsed, and one small thumbnail of an image will not make much difference to a radio production or its recordings.
