Description
English: Eastern portals of the original 1876 Hex River railpass tunnel, Southern Africa's oldest railway tunnel, at left, and the new tunnel to the right that was sunk in 1929 to diminish a curve in order to accommodate larger locomotives.
Location: Tunnel, near De Doorns, Western Cape.
