English: The Gyan Vapi (lit. "Well of Knowledge") — located between the Gyanvapi Mosque and Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Varanasi — as depicted in a British India postcard. The well is seen to be supported by a collonaded shade, which was constructed in 1828.
