Description
English: False color image taken March 28, 2022 with the Resourcesat-2 by the Indian remote sensing program in cooperation with the USGS Center for Earth Resources Observation and Science.

The colors are modified as follows:

  • Spectral Band 2, which receives the green wavelength, is depicted as blue
  • Spectral Band 3, which receives the red wavelength, is depicted as green
  • Spectral Band 4, which receives the near-infrared (see Near-infrared spectroscopy § Astronomical spectroscopy), is depicted as red
