Fair use in FICS[edit]

Although this image is subject to copyright, I, efigueroa (talk · contribs), feel that its use in FICS is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. It is being used for informational purposes only;
2. It is the banner of a group for which no equivalent free alternative exists or could be created without infringing on copyright;
3. It does not infringe upon the original copyright holder's ability to profit from the media
