Description
English: The flag of the Royal Military College of Canada RMC; which was used to help create the current Canadian flag.
Date 31 July 1920.[1] SVG originally uploaded 31 July 2006. Updated in 2020.
Source College of Arms, London. SVG is an original and official rendering of the Coat of Arms, created in 2020.

This is a "Prohibited Mark" under subparagraph 9(1)(n)(i) of the Trademark Act, being that "No person shall adopt in connection with a business, as a trade-mark or otherwise, any mark consisting of, or so nearly resembling as to be likely to be mistaken for any badge, crest, emblem or mark adopted or used by any of Her Majesty’s Forces as defined in the National Defence Act".[3][4] Trademark status is independent of copyright status.
