Fair use rationale in Fight of the Millennium[edit]

Though this image is subject to copyright, I feel its use in Wikipedia is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. It is a historically significant promotional poster of an extremely notable sports event.
2. There is no free replacement alternative of the image.
3. It is of much lower resolution than the original (copies made from it will be of very inferior quality - it is a photograph of a poster).
4. The image is only being used for informational purposes.
