Икона «Св. Феодор Варяг», автор: Чириков Иосиф (Осип) Семенович

Святой изображен в рост прямо в хитоне и плаще, с крестом в правой руке. Позем – в виде стилизованных горок. Позади него – миниатюрно выполненный пейзаж, справа- леса и река, слева - город с церквами и высокой колокольней, близкой по очертаниям к Большой колокольне Киево-Печерской лавры. На верхнем поле в круглом клейме – образ Спаса Эммануила. Икона входит в число минейных икон, которые выкладывались на аналой в день памяти святого. Цикл выполнен для церкви Введения во храм Богородицы в Мраморном дворце в Петербурге как великокняжеский заказ двум крупным мастерским в Москве, которые возглавляли известные мстерские иконописцы И.С. Чириков и М.И. Дикарев.
