Description
English: Diamondhead, MS, August 28, 2008 -- Mississippi Gov. Hayley Barbour and Habitat for Humanity's Wendy McDonald participate in an Open House for a Mississippi Cottage newly made permanent. A pre-fabricated and constructed attachment was added to the cottage to make the structure permanent and was designed by FEMA Long Term Community Recovery staff in Mississippi. The cottage is part of FEMA's Alternative Housing Pilot Program, which seeks alternative disaster housing solutions. Kiiva Williams/FEMA.
