Busy scene eastward froom the footbridge, towards Salisbury etc.: ex-LSWR main line from London etc. via Salisbury to Exeter etc.. The two Bulleid Light Pacifics coupled are No. 34017 'Ilfracombe' (built 12/45 as No. 21C117, renumbered 5/48, rebuilt 11/57 and withdrawn 10/66) and No. 34028 'Eddystone' (built 4/46 as No. 21C128, renumbered 12/48, rebuilt 8/58 and withdrawn 5/64). On the right is an Up express and on the left a Down one. |
