Description
Español: Escudo de Linares (Jaén): En campo de gules, un losanje de azur, que carga un castillo de oro, abierto, mazonado de sable, sobre tres ondas de azur y plata, y surmontado por una campana cimada de una cruz latina, de plata (u oro). Bordura de plata con la divisa en letras de sable: "Nunc Coepi Haec Mutatio Dexterae Excelsi" (Ahora comienza mi mutación a la derecha del Excelso). El losanje se halla acamado a una cruz en aspa o de San Andrés, de oro. Contorno hispano-francés, fileteado de oro, y timbre de corona de marqués, elementos externos que deberían sustituirse por el contorno español y la corona real cerrada, según la legislación en vigor.
