Summary

Description
English: Photo taken by myself from the slopes of Hyak. Easy Gold chairlift originally was supposed to continue up the mtn and dump off at Blowdown, but due to a money shortage they stopped at its current location. This is why the run just above the unload station is called "New Cut". It was never supposed to be a ski run (who would make a run dump out into the unload station), and to this day it has never been given a real name.
