Summary

Description
English: Telemetry monitor rhythm strip of a 44-year-old female. Rhythm strip demonstrates sinus node dysfunction or sinus pause with the first sinus pause lasting 2.8 seconds and the second pause lasting 3.7 seconds. The baseline heart rate was 65 bpm. The patient was admitted with mildly symptomatic COVID-19 pneumonia. The patient was without symptoms during the sinus pauses.
