Fair Use in Delrina[edit]

1. It's a low resolution copy of a now-obsolete product box cover.
2. It doesn't limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the software in any way, and in fact may encourage interest and possibly sales.
3. Because of the low resolution, copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the album artwork for another product box.
4. The characters within the image are subjects of discussion within the article.
5. The image on the cover is significant because the product it represents was the subject of a significant U.S. court case on First Amendment rights vs. Copyright.
6. Derived from a digital capture (scan/photo) of the product box (creator of this digital version is irrelevant as the copyright in all equivalent images is still held by the same party). Copyright held by the current owner of this now-obsolete software. Claimed as fair use regardless.
