English: This drawing from Forsvarets Bibliotek (Danish Defence Library) shows the plans for fitting Dampchalup Nr. 5 with spar torpedoes. When the boat arrived from Thornycroft in 1875 it was deemed too fragile for the job, and a solution with towed torpedoes was chosen instead. |
