Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	There is a sizable portion of the article that explicitly refers to the filming process of the FMV sequences depicted in this image. The filming process is the subject and not the product that was generated by that process. The subject the image illustrates is notable due to the relevance to the article that the shooting of the FMV sequences was low-quality and stills were used heavily in the marketing for the game.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	The software or website from which the screenshot is taken is copyrighted and not released under a free license, so creation of a free image is not possible.
