Summary[edit]

Non-free media information and use rationale true for Ruskin Square
Description

This image is a computer generated impression of an unconstructed building, Croydon Arena, used to promote Croydon 2020. Only when the building has been finished can this be considered reasonably replaceable. Low resolution image anyway.

  1. No free alternative possible. (It is not replaceable with an uncopyrighted or freely copyrighted image of comparable educational value.)
  2. Illustrates (demonstrates) the identity of the building being discussed.
  3. It is also a poster to publisise the new construction

Replaceable?

There is no way to create a free image since any image meeting the stated purpose, would inherently be a derivative work, and as the building was never constructed, there is no way to create a real world photo of this architectural wqrk.
