Fair use in Crazy Eddie[edit]

Fair use claimed is this displays not just the logo of the store, but the iconic pitchman, Jerry Carroll. Advertising was a huge part of Crazy Eddie's history, so including a screenshot of one of their many TV ads serves an educational purpose.
