| Description | Childe's Tomb is located on the south-east edge of Foxtor Mire on Dartmoor. It is approximately 3 feet 4 inches (1 m) tall and 1 foot 8 inches (0.5 m) at the crosspiece. Legend has it that the cross was erected over the kistvaen (burial chamber) of Childe the Hunter. |
