Description

Chichibunomiya rugby stadium, April 3, 2005, showing the electronic scoreboard installed just before the Rugby World Cup 2003. This was the occasion of the annual Sanwaku Taikai tournament between three over-40 veteran clubs: Fuwaku (Tokyo), Wakuwaku (Osaka) and Meiwaku (Fukuoka). The photograph also shows that the ground was not in the best possible condition after a season of heavy use.
