Chalkhill Estate in this form has been demolished for a considerable time. This is a very old historic photograph, approximately 40 years old and therefore would have no commercial value nor financial gain.
Other information This is a very old historic photograph, approximately 40 years old and taken when the development was fairly new. This is a very good representation of how the blocks fitted together and therefore has value in this article.

Chalkhill was a high-rise, high-density housing estate built between 1966 and 1970. The estate consisted of 1,900 flats and houses and had a range of facilities including shops, school and a medical centre.
