1. It is a low resolution copy of a CD single cover.
2. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the CD album in any possible way.
3. The resolution is too small to make decent quality illegal copies of the artwork for another CD.
4. The image on the cover is significant because it is the artwork to the debut CD single, 'Caught By The Fuzz', by British band Supergrass.
