This file has been published by a public office of the Italian Government with no licence provided so it is considered Open data according to art. 52 par. 2 of the bill no. 82 issued on 7 March 2005.
In particular, according to the Italian National Guidelines for the Valorization of the Public Sector Information (par. 8) «the failure to provide a licence implies that the data has been published underm the terms established by the CC-BY license» and the 4.0 version is suggested.
