Fair use for Can't Stop (board game) article

This image, is subject to copyright but is a photo I took myself of the subject illustrated. I (Val42 19:58, 4 March 2006 (UTC)) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. it is a low resolution copy of a sample Can't Stop game in progress;
2. it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the product in any way;

This image is of a board game cover, and the copyright for it is most likely held by the publisher of the board game. It is believed that the use of low-resolution images of board game covers to illustrate the board game in question, where no free equivalent is available or could be created that would adequately give the same information, on the English-language Wikipedia, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation, qualifies as fair use under the copyright law of the United States.
