Description
Українська: 97-кілометровий кратер Берд на Місяці, біля північного полюсу. Ліворуч унизу з ним межує менший кратер Джойя, а ліворуч угорі — сильно зруйнований кратер Флорі. Координати центру зображення — 85°N, 10°E. Зображення побудовано за даними лазерного альтиметру Lunar Orbiter Laser Altimeter (LOLA) на космічному апараті Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter. Ширина — 200 км, північ угорі.
English: Crater Byrd (diam. 97 km) on the Moon, near the North pole. Smaller crater Gioja borders it at lower left and eroded crater Florey — at upper left. The image is centered at 85°N, 10°E. The image is build from data by Lunar Orbiter Laser Altimeter (LOLA) aboard the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter. Width of the image is 200 km; north is up.
