For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.  Rostock, Güterbahnhof
ADN-ZB Sindermann 18.4.1986 Rostock: Computer für Güterbahnhof. Bis zu 80 Züge fahren täglich in den Bahnhof Rostock-Seehafen ein. Rund 2.000 Waggons müssen dort innerhalb von 24 Stunden erfaßt und rangiert werden. Mit Hilfe von Bürocomputern können ankommende Güterwagen jetzt rascher registriert und zum Be- und Entladen bereitgestellt werden. Bis zum kommenden Jahr soll eine Computerlösung für ausfahrende Züge das Projekt ergänzen. - Siehe auch Foto 1986-0418-1n |
