Description
Svenska: Fruarna Birgit Sommer, Gunnel Hazelius-Berg och Margit Siwertz bar tidstypiska kläder.
Romantiken blommade på måndagskvällen på Solliden. Sällskapet Nya Idun höll vårfest i form av en musikalisk salong 1840 med Malla Montgomery-Silfverstolpe som värdinna. Gun Ankarcrona spelade Mallas roll. omgiven av skönt 1840-talsklädda gäster, bl.a. sällskapets sekreterare fil.dr. Birgitta Lager och sångerskan Iwa Voghera. Birgit Falkman-Sommer (piano), Karin Langebo (harpa) och Margot Rödin (sång) underhöll och Margareta Kjellberg läste romantiska dikter. Före middagen bjöd sällskapets ordförande Gunnel Hazelius-Berg de cirka nittio deltagarna på ett glas sherry i sitt hem i Sagaliden på Skansen. Många i dräkter, andra helt vanligt vårfinklädda.
