English: The Kakadu (1919-1937) was one of Berlin's most famous dance and nightclubs in the 1920s. It was located at Joachimsthaler Straße 10, corner of Kurfürstendamm, Berlin-Charlottenburg. It offered a bar, a large dance floor, performances by well-known jazz bands, cabaret and a vegetarian restaurant.
Deutsch: Das Kakadu (1919–1937), war in den 1920er Jahren eines der bekanntesten Tanz- und Nachtlokale Berlins. Es lag in der Joachimsthaler Straße 10, Ecke Kurfürstendamm, Berlin-Charlottenburg. Es bot eine Bar, eine große Tanzfläche, Auftritte von bekannten Jazz-Bands, Kabarett sowie ein vegetarisches Restaurant.
