Description
English: A facade of the so-called "Battleship Block", originally known as the LaFrance Apartments and named for it's expansive size, developed in 1911 by Louis A. LaFrance in South Holyoke. This photo has been colorized using current photos of the remaining two blocks of this former complex to show the buildings gold brick and mahogany-colored accents.
