Fair use rationale for Iran (newspaper) cockroach cartoon controversy[edit]

While the copyright for the image belongs to Mana Neyestani and "Iran" newspaper I believe that using a reduced quality copy of the cartoon in the article about the controversy it started constitutes fair use as defined in the USA law. The image is of low quality and is used only for the informational purposes --Alborz Fallah 07:37, 2 July 2007 (UTC)
