Other. The image is used for identification in the context of critical commentary of the work for which it serves as cover art. It makes a significant contribution to the user's understanding of the article, which could not practically be conveyed by words alone. A unique feature of the U.S. album cover for Beyond is that the "rock" in the distance appears to change into the head of an Aboriginal man (with his eyes closed) when the cover is rotated to the right. The animation begins with the cover in the upright position, and then rotates the central image 90° to the right, and then holds for 2 seconds before starting over.. Commentary in the article about the cover art itself: The sub-section Beyond discusses how the cover relates to the music on the album, and aboriginal culture in general, and gives information about the graphic artist.. Use for this purpose does not compete with the purposes of the original artwork, namely the artist's providing graphic design services to music concerns and in turn marketing music to the public. |
