English: Department of Agriculture Secretary Emmanuel Piñol turns over tools like sprinkler, UV film, spading fork, spade, plastic drums, planting materials, and assorted vegetable seeds to the Ati tribe of Barangay Manoc-manoc in Malay, Aklan on June 27, 2018. The Agriculture chief initially committed PHP2 million in financial support to the indigenous people's and women's groups of Boracay through the Survival Recovery loan program.
