Description
English: A picture of the plaque directly above the 1930 cornerstone of the American Stock Exchange in New York City. The plague is grey with sketched pictures of stockbrokers outside a building, next to a lamp-post. The text reads: "On June 27, 1921, the curbstone brokers moved from their outdoor Market on Broad Street to establish on this site the indoor securities market that became the American Stock Exchange. 1921-Golden Anniversary-1971."
