This person has been dead for over 20 years. I have been unable to find a public domain or compatible Creative Commons licensed image of this person despite an extensive search.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3) Only a portion of the original work sufficient for identification of the subject is used. The complete image can be seen here. Low resolution and used only at the top of the subject's Wikipedia article in the infobox.

A search of photo agencies, including Getty Images has not turned up any instances of the reproduction rights to this image being offered for sale.
