Fair Use Rationale for Albany Choppers[edit]

This image is, as is the case with sports logos in general, the original property of the long-defunct Albany Choppers hockey club. It is used here to illustrate the team's logo. The entire logo is used, and as the team has been defunct for eighteen years and the very league in which it used to compete defunct for nine, it competes with no copyright usage, and since the copyrighted image has not been used by the original owner in many years nor employed for any commercial purpose, has lapsed.
