Deutsch: Ein Polyacrylamid-Gel, das sich zwischen Glasplatten befindet. Oben sieht man noch den Teflonkamm, er dient als Platzhalter um die Probentaschen zu bilden, und wird vor dem Probenauftrag rausgezogen.
