Description
English: This is a picture of Michel Ferlus with Vi Khăm Mun, a scholar of Tương Dương, Nghệ An, Vietnam, at Mr. Mun's home. It was taken during linguistic field work in January 2014. The black board shows different varieties of Tai script, including a modified version of Lai Paw (a.k.a. Lai Pao), a script unique to this area of Vietnam.
