English: The "Zeus" homemade 225W-Tesla coil in operation. This image shows several effects of Tesla coil discharges. The toroidal high voltage terminal at top, made of a length of aluminum heating duct, has a sharp pointed metal wire projecting from it at left. A brush discharge emanates from the point of the wire (left). On the right side of the electrode corona discharges are visible. Behind the Tesla coil is a long fluorescent tube which glows due to the electric field of the coil. At bottom can be seen the capacitors in the coil's primary circuit, illuminated by the light of the spark gap. Shutter speed: 1s. Français : "Zeus", bobine de Tesla de 225W, en fonctionnement.
