English: : Using a single story restaurant-dwelling building,-planned by Károly Hosztalek built in 1886, owned by József Kaiser,-extended in 1927 by plans of Ernő Román (1883-1959), ordered by Ferenc Stanzel. At its courtyard is a chapel, the Good Shepherd's Priesthood since 1940. - 22 Kálvária square, 8th district of Budapest. Magyar: : Román Ernő építész tervei alapján, Stanzel Ferenc építtető megbízásából 1927.ben épült egy a korábbi Hosztalek Károly (1880?-1910) tervei alapján 1886-ban? épült földszintes vendéglátó és lakóhelyiséges két borospincés kamrás ház (tul. Kaiser József) bővítésével kialakított épület. A földszintje volt: vendéglő, Budapesti Józsefvárosi Keresztény Polgári Kör székhelye itt volt (a volt karhatalmi díszszázad tartott itt találkozókat, 1929-ben; 8 órai újság; 1929.06.06) az Arany János Műkedvelő Társaság, 1929-ben itt aéakult meg a cigánymuzsikus akadémia, 1924-ben itt volt a Drótosok ipartársulata (Friss Újság), a Lábbelikészítők Országos Szövetsége nyolcadik kerület szakcsoportja (1930) ipartársulati és fogyasztási szövetkezeti rendezvény (gyűlés) helyszíne. A Hadirokkantak, Hadiözvegyek és Hadiárvák Országos Nemzeti Szövetsége (HONSz) adománygyűjtő esteket tartott itt (8 órai újság; 1931.12.03.) A 1886-os épület,-a jelen épület a Dankó utcai része,-idején az udvaron egy kis ház állt benne fáskamra, árnyékszék és mosókpnyha. Az udvari kápolnájában 1940 óta működik a Jó Pásztor lelkészség. A földszintjén a Budapest 100 2018 idején épülettörténeti kiállítás volt látható. Hosztalek Károly 1880?-1910 között épített több házat is. 1894 és 97 között Strakovits Antal építőmester kivitelezésében beépült az U alak másik része is üzlethelxyiség és az emeleten lakások épültek.
