Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States on May 28, 2020 at 9am. Firefighters extinguish multiple fires at the Hi-Lake Shopping Center at the 2100 block of East Lake Street. The fires were caused by arson during riots in the aftermath of the May 25, 2020, murder of George Floyd. The shopping center was declared a total loss and demolished, but was rebuilt in 2021.
