lighten picture[edit]
This picture is too dark (consequently has poor contrast) to make out much detail. In its present condition, I don't know why its classified as a featured picture. When it's lightened a great deal of interesting detail becomes visible. Someone with a sophisticated photo editor that can preserve metadata should should lighten the photo and upload it.
