• The label image is used to represent a single, "Bewildered", by a well-known musician, James Brown
• This image has been used in several websites, and so its use on Wikipedia does not make it significantly more accessible or visible than it already is
• The image is being used merely in an informative way and should not detract from the single or song
• The image is of low resolution
• The image does not limit the performer or record company's ability to sell the song or single
• The only purpose of the image is to help describe the single "Bewildered" and no other purpose
